Here's a handy addition to your home.
Bettering your bathroom is our jam. Even moreso is our desire to reduce your time spent cleaning. These silicone drain covers will do their best to reduce the hair that heads down your plug hole. Likely, we've all had to clean that out before 🤮. I won't say you'll never do it again but I'm confident to suggest less often - depending on the volume of shedding in your household!
I did try to devise a metal solution, but in reality the flexibility inherent in these will do a much better job. Give them a regular clean and dry and they should last a good while.
The Sink Mat is useful for any indoor drain, not just your shower. Put one anywhere your aim is to stop the 'bits' that can cause drain clogging.
Size-wise they are 15cm by 15cm. They have tiny suction cups as feet which I recommend you run your finger around before placement. Wet them and press onto the floor of the shower. You might need to turn the Sink Mat around until you find where they are best suited at yours - not all shower bases are perfectly level.
The Sink Mat sits up in the centre which facilitates easy drainage. You're unlikely to notice it. If you want to relocate your sink mat, lifting is easy.

I have curly hair that seems to shed like a cat.... the husband has to regularly go under the house to clean the s trap of the shower - but no more!!! I bought a blue one and it is fantastic - it catches the hair but it just kind of sits on top so clearing it off the catcher is really easy (but it doesn't escape). Really easy to keep clean as well!
A little bit tricky with moving it for the bath/shower interaction, but it is a good size and catches hair

This thing is so helpful for getting rid of hair and saving it from going down the plug. Easy to pull of hair wet or dry and throw it in the bin. We chose white so it's not very noticeable in our tub. Highly recommend to others, especially if your household has long hair!!
